Once you’re stable, we build strength, focusing on muscles that support real-life movement: core, hips, back, and shoulders. And finally, we allow flexibility to develop—naturally and safely, as the body learns it can trust the process.


This isn’t about being the most flexible person in the room. It’s about being able to play with your kids without pain, sit at your desk without slumping, or carry groceries without throwing out your back.
