Every December, we all get hit with the same predictable parade of “New Year, New You!” nonsense. Buy a new planner. Drink more water. Stop texting your ex. Do yoga 7 days a week. Reinvent your entire personality by January 3rd.


Cute… but also completely unrealistic.


Let’s be real — most New Year’s resolutions have the life span of a house plant kept by someone who “swears they watered it.”


So instead of setting goals you’ll abandon faster than leftover Christmas cookies, let’s talk about something that actually sticks: awareness, embodiment, and energy.


Yes, yoga. Yes, Spinal Energetics. Yes, holistic counseling. Yes, my MindShift program. But mostly? You learning how to stop sabotaging yourself.



🧘‍♀️ Yoga: The Anti-Resolution Practice

Yoga does not care about your resolutions. Yoga cares about your patterns.
