Yoga at Spark. Collective isn’t about chasing shapes, burning out joints, or pretending flexibility is the goal.

Our approach is simple and intentional: build a body that lasts.

We focus first on stability, then strength, and finally flexibility—because long, functional lives require more than passive stretching. Our classes are designed to support joint health, muscular balance, nervous system regulation, and real-world movement that carries over into everyday life.

This is yoga that meets you where you are—and helps you move forward with purpose.

All of our classes are geared toward Levels 1 and 2, with clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and accessible modifications offered throughout class. Whether you’re newer to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to move smarter—not harder—you’ll be supported every step of the way.

We believe yoga should feel empowering, not intimidating. Challenging, but sustainable. Grounded, intelligent, and adaptable to your body.

45 minutes of energy-building, flexibility-gaining flow that is designed to get you primed for your day. Level 1 and 2 class.

Warrior One

SUNRISE YOGA

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am & Saturday 8:30am

60 minute rise and shine yoga to get your heart open for the day to come. Level 1 and 2 class.

Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm

The perfect blend of intensity and mindfulness, designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.  50 minutes. Level 1 and 2 class,

60 minutes fast pace flow that will get your heart pumping. Rock out while you sweat. This is a level 1 and 2 class.

60 minutes where we slow down and work on repairing the muscles and joints often injured in simply living.

60 minute yoga flow that adds light-weight dumbbells enhancing this flow into a fat burning, muscle toning journey. Perfect for all skill levels.
