We focus first on stability, then strength, and finally flexibility—because long, functional lives require more than passive stretching. Our classes are designed to support joint health, muscular balance, nervous system regulation, and real-world movement that carries over into everyday life.

All of our classes are geared toward Levels 1 and 2, with clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and accessible modifications offered throughout class. Whether you’re newer to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to move smarter—not harder—you’ll be supported every step of the way.

The perfect blend of intensity and mindfulness, designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. 50 minutes. Level 1 and 2 class,

POWER YOGA
Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm
60 minutes fast pace flow that will get your heart pumping. Rock out while you sweat. This is a level 1 and 2 class.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
