60 minute rise and shine yoga to get your heart open for the day to come. Level 1 and 2 class.
Monday and Wednesday 5:00pm
60 minutes easy flow as we break down the poses with instructions and modifications. Level 1 and 2 class.
Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm
60 minutes fast pace flow that will get your heart pumping. This is a level 1 and 2 class.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm
60 minutes where we slow down and work on repairing the muscles and joints often injured in simply living.
Experience the deep physical and mental practices from the foundation up. This one-breath-per-movement flow is more about the flow and less on the alignment.
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm
A gentle and relaxing 60-minute flow to ease your mind, body, and soul.
60 minutes relaxation flow to unwind from the 9-5 and prepare for the weekend. Level 1 and 2 class.
60 minutes of exploration into your body and mind as we push the limits and attempt new and/or challenging poses. All skills levels welcomed.
