Hey there, I'm Erin.

I have been there...yep, right there. Feeling like there was no hope. Feeling resentful to all of those around that had it just an ounce "better" than me (or so their social media showed).  I was constantly complaining and saying I wanted more for my life. I would buy the books, listen to the podcasts, sign up for the free coaching, but nothing was working.

Now, I am living the life I wanted, by my rules. I can easily see where my subconscious patterns have kept me stuck in a dark rut and now have the tools to be able to climb right out.

I have over 15 years in the mental health field where I focused on mindset and goal setting. I have worked in addictions, sexual assault, and even was a program director of a psychiatric treatment center. I have master's degree in Forensic Psychology with a fondness for psychoanalytic and Jungian theory.

I tell it how it is and won't sugar coat it for you. This is not a cuddling session...it is a mindshift in the process.

    • Coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their performance, achieve their goals, and unlock their potential, regardless of their profession or status. 

  • Myth 5: Coaching is a quick fix or a magic bullet.

    • Coaching requires time, effort, and commitment from both the coach and the client. It's a process of continuous learning and development, not a quick fix. 

  • Myth 6: Coaching is expensive.

    • While coaching can vary in price depending on the coach, the duration, and the package, it’s not as costly as you might think. Coaching is an investment in yourself and your future, and it can pay off in many ways. Coaching can help you increase your confidence, productivity, happiness, and satisfaction. What is Coaching?
 

Coaching is a process that helps individuals achieve their goals by leveraging their strengths, uncovering obstacles, and addressing areas of interest. It focuses on potential, unrealized ability, and capacity. Coaching is a professional partnership to assist in achieving more fulfilling results in personal and professional lives.

How long does coaching last?
 

The duration of coaching can vary depending on the client's goals and the type of coaching. This program is an 8-week process. However, it is my guarantee that if you have not seen an impact in your life, I will continue to work with you until you do. As long as you are putting in the hard work, so will I.

What if I miss a live group session?

All of the live group sessions will be posted for you to watch them when you get a chance or to rewatch them in case you missed some juicy detail. These recordings will be posted in our exclusive Facebook group. 

It is highly encouraged that you show up live for the group sessions as you will be getting the next week's topic at that moment and will have a chance to ask questions.

Do you offer payment options for the program?

Although it is recommended that you pay for the program in full, I do offer a payment option that can fit within your budget and needs. Payments will be made on a reoccurring basis through credit card processing.
